At In The Gym, you will learn and practice the fundamental skills needed to be a great basketball player. Our program includes work in these areas.

SHOOTING (Our Specialty)
Learn the fundamentals of proper shooting form and technique to improve the accuracy and consistency of your shot.

BASKETBALL FUNDAMENTALS
Improve your ball handling skills, work on passing and catching, and practice proper footwork. Great basketball players have great fundamentals.

DEFENSIVE PRINCIPLES
Learn principles of defense including how to anticipate, play passing lanes, and how to attack the ball. Offense wins games. Defense wins championships.
Training is $50/Session or 10 Sessions for $450.
